NOTE: The application for this pet must be done and approved through the website. A special appointment will be set up for the approved adopter. You will not be able to walk in and visit the dog unless you have been contacted, Elliot is a 12 pound terrrier mix that was surrendered by his owner. He can be very cautious with strangers, but will warm up after trust has been established. We are recommending that he go home with adults only and experienced pet owners. We are not sure how he will do with other dogs, so he would need to be tested with existing dogs that live in the home. We are also unsure on cats. His date of birth is 11/1/21.

HSPC's adoption fee is currently reduced from $100 to $75 unless stated otherwise within the pet's description. Every pet that is available for adoption has been spayed/neutered, microchipped, wormed and is up-to-date on vaccinations including heartworm preventative (canines). Adopters are required to schedule a wellness exam with their veterinarian at their cost within 7 days of adoption. We are currently closed to the public and we will only respond to inquiries accompanying an application submitted through warmhearts.org/adopt.
