Meet Ellie!<br/><br/>Ellie is a four month old sweet girl of a pup who loves a good nap and a good cuddle. She loves to join you for coffee in the morning, resting her head softly on your arm while you provide a nice little belly rub. She appreciates small toys that she can pick up in her mouth and carry back to you after you throw them just a little bit out of her way. When she’s really excited she hops, or leaps, which will endear you to her right away. Ellie is young but seems to know when she needs to go outside to pee. She is good at finding a spot and taking care of business quickly. Ellie is crate trained and yet loves a good mix of fleece and towels on the floor to make a nest in which to snooze. She is a happy eater and loves her food – dry kibble and wet – in small but frequent doses, please. Ellie loves fresh water close by. While Ellie doesn’t need a lot of space to roam at this point she will grow quickly and appreciate someone to help her navigate her way up and down the stairs as she learns this next milestone (she figured out how to jump up onto the chairs to snuggle with her human very quickly!). Ellie is unfazed by cats and very eager to play with other dogs. She sets boundaries with a combination growl and tail wag if her personal bubble has been breached, but she doesn’t shy away from a good game of tag even with a larger dog.
