One of her favorite things in the world is playing in water and she’s also incredibly fast and loves to run, so a yard to stretch her legs or an active family would make her very happy!<br/><br/>Ellie does well with other dogs and enjoys having canine friends to play with. When she met a cat, she didn’t show much interest and simply went about her business. Wilber's Rescue Foundation's Adoption Policy
We have an application that must be filled out. We will contact you within 24 hours to review your application verbally and answer any questions you may have about a potential pet. After that we schedule a meet and greet with potential families. If the vibes are good we proceed with a foster to adopt trial- ALL adoptable animals must go through a 2 weeks trial. This gives the adopting family 2 weeks to decide if it's the right fit and provides a 2 week respite for the foster family while also holding the pet's foster spot open incase it is not the right fit! If it is the right fit then at the end of the 2 weeks we will sign adoption contracts and have adoption fees paid.
