Precious Eleanor! Eleanor had all of her staples removed from her mass removal surgery. She is doing great! She has a reverse Mohawk 🥰 as a result of it but this gal has a pep in her step and is playing with her stuffies and squeak toys. She has a grade 2 heart murmur which she will be on meds for the remainder of her life but they’re reasonably priced. She eats soft food because we had to remove several teeth. She is estimated to be 10+ years old, is heartworm negative and just loves to hang out with someone. Her right front leg has a birth defect or a break that was not properly taken care of but she gets around great on it. She comes up and down steps and walks great on a leash. She has free roam of the house and doesn’t need to be confined at all because she’s potty trained. She loves dogs of all sizes. If you don’t know her story, she was found roaming up the highway in Ellenboro, NC and was surrendered to us by the finder. She was in tough shape with lacerations, masses, eye and tooth infections and an upper respiratory infection. We have gotten her all healthy and happy! She deserves to live out her senior years being pampered and never having to suffer from neglect again.
