Our old gal Edna is ready for somewhere to shine for her golden years!<br/><br/>Edna is estimated to be about 12 years old. She is a sweet snuggle bug who has been in a foster home with dogs of all sizes and acclimated easily. She is such a love and would do great in most homes ready to love on a senior gal.<br/><br/>Medical: Please read ALL info below and note in your application.<br/>She has been spayed, is Heartworm negative, microchipped, received a dental, and is up to date on all vaccines. She went to a cardiologist to check on her heart and got the all clear for not needing current heart medication. However, she should go in for a yearly cardiology visit to keep up to date on her heart. She has chronic dry eye, so she needs monthly eye medication. But good news- Edna is a sponsored girl! The following costs are covered financially: annual cardiology visit, eye medications monthly, annual eye specialist visit, and joint supplements for elderly joints. Caitie's Foster Fam's Adoption Policy
• Potential adopters are required to submit an adoption application and be approved before they can physically meet a foster dog. All pets in the home must be up to date on vaccines and spayed/neutered (medical exceptions must be communicated). We require an application, virtual home visit, personal/vet references, meet and greet, and $350 adoption fee. • Suitable applicants may be contacted for additional screening. • Once approved, meet and greets with the foster dog and foster parents will be scheduled with qualified applicants. • The adopter pays adoption fees and signs an adoption contract. Foster dogs cannot go to a potential adopter’s home until the fee and contract are received. Foster dog then goes to its new forever home.
