After being dropped at a North Texas shelter, Poe’s story could have ended in stress and uncertainty — but we have a soft spot for seniors and couldn’t let him spend his golden years watching the clock in a kennel. But SURPRISE our vet aged him at just 5 years old! He's has the wisdom of a much older dog, and you can see from his grayed muzzle that he has had a tough life. Don't worry sweet boy, we are here to make sure the next chapter is the BEST chapter. <br/>Now safe in rescue, Poe is showing everyone exactly who he is: gentle, calm, and endlessly loving.<br/>He’s fully vetted, crate trained, potty trained, and wonderfully easy to live with.
