Eddie *Bonded to Nala*'s Story
“The Bulldozer of Affection”
Age: 4 (May) | Breed: Boxer | Sex: Male

Personality: Big, goofy attention-demanding sweetheart. Kisses, velcro-level closeness, zero concept of personal space — in the best way. After exercise: complete cuddle puddle.

Quirks: Also a ball addict — same “mouth-one, chase-the-other” system as Nala. Loves other toys but gets jealous if Nala tries them. Picky about treats but highly motivated by the right ones.

House rules: Will kennel willingly but may bark briefly if separated from Nala. Working on marking habits (re-potty training ongoing). Excellent with people and kids.

Best home: Active family who will give lots of affection and exercise, and follow consistent potty training. Thrives on attention and being part of every human activity.

A PAIR? — “Dynamic Duo (with toy-related rivalry)”
These two grew up together, love the same people, and will both show up for pets — you can’t pet one without the other appearing. They do not share toys well and have had scuffles over balls/special toys. If adopted together: bring two sets of favorite toys (and separate play sessions when needed) and they’ll be a hilarious, loving pair. If adopted separately: be prepared to manage toy-guarding behaviors and reintroduce appropriate sharing/ownership.

Quick facts:
Great with kids and people.
Eager to please, responsive to training.
Re-potty training: Nala mostly there; Eddie still working on marking.
Ideal adopters: Active, patient, ready for lots of cuddles and fetch, able to manage toy-guarding (or willing to adopt both).

NEW TO RESCUE 3.29.26
I love to play and cuddle with my sister, Nala. I likes to cuddle with my humans too, but only when you're laying down. Watch out, I'm a bed hog! My favorite toys are balls and ropes, but me and Nala can get in fights over balls. I'm great with other dogs, cats, and kids. I don't love grooming, but will tolerate a bath. I'm housetrained and crate trained.
