Hello everyone! My name is Earl, and I'm so happy you stopped by to visit. I'm a 6 year old Pittopotamus, and I weigh in at a svelte 100 lbs. And I am a self proclaimed lap dog. I just love to snuggle with my hoomans. I've been busy learning all about being a good boy and am making great progress because I'm a people pleaser. I'm housebroken, good in my crate, and I'm picking up the basics quickly. I also enjoy my doggie pals, and we have fun bouncing around together. I've been learning that chew toys are tasty. Especially antlers! And do I even need to mention I'll do anything for a cookie? I have been around young hoomans, and I think they're amazing, but I would prefer them to be a little older and sturdier because I am a Big Boi. I don't want to cause any problems. Miami Valley Pit Crew's Adoption Policy
We require an application submitted through our website to begin the process. After the application is reviewed and vet checks complete, if approved, a phone interview by our adoption coordinator will determine best fit and answer any questions! A non-refundable $100 hold fee is required to secure your chosen dog and is applied to the full adoption fee (ranges from $200-$400) at the time of the home visit. If the home visit goes well, the adoption is completed at that time and our MVP is your new best friend! 1) We do not adopt to individuals under 25 2) We will check your landlord if you rent for breed and weight restrictions 3) A fence is required for most of our dogs, but exceptions for leash walking may be considered for some. We do NOT approve the use of electric fences for our dogs. 4) Please ensure you have read all of the dog's specific requirements before applying. We may suggest a better fit for your family dynamics, as we know these dogs better than anyone and want the dog AND our amazing families to succeed.
