He arrived at the shelter as a stray and is a well behaved boy. Dwayne may have hearing issues or be deaf as he doesn’t respond to sounds but when getting petted and attention from people, he is all smiles! He accepts all handling with no issues and responds well to corrections and training. Dwayne may need dog socialization training and has not interacted with other dogs at the shelter.
