Duke - ON HOLD - NO MORE APPLICATIONS's Story
www.huskyrescueteam.org

If you have additional questions please email info@huskyrescueteam.orgDuke came into one of our partner shelters as a stray — quiet, overwhelmed, and unsure of the world around him. Even in that stressful environment, staff could see the truth: Duke is a soft, gentle, deeply affectionate boy who just needed a calmer space to feel safe. The shelter was simply too much for his sensitive heart, so we brought him into our program to give him the chance he deserved.

Once he settled into foster care, Duke blossomed into the dog he truly is:
a sweet, soulful, family‑oriented Husky with a heart of gold.

Who Duke Is

Duke is an old soul in a young dog’s body — calm, intuitive, and endlessly loving. Transport is available. Adoption area CT to GA. Can extend for those willing to make the drive within our adoption range. ~~Husky Education And Rescue Team is a foster based rescue. Our dogs are in our foster homes all up and down the east coast. We do not have a facility in which you can visit. We find this a huge benefit because we learn our dogs and are able to educate our adopters on what it’s like to have them live in your home. Part of our process, once pre-approved, is to speak with the foster for the dog you’re interested in. If you’re still interested in adopting from our rescue the first step is to complete our adoption application online at www.huskyrescueteam.org/apply

If you have additional questions please email info@huskyrescueteam.org
