Ducky's Story

Meet Ducky! Here is what she asked us to tell you...

She weighs 35 pounds, is about one-and-a-half years old, is spayed, is very interested in affection and love once she knows you and believes snuggling with her trusted people is the best way to spend her time.

Ducky asks for gentle and calm people in the home around her. She is a sensitive girl who thrives on relationships. She exudes joy and love when around people. When Ducky feels safe with someone, she will ask for affection and does best with chin and neck scratchies. Sometimes she is unsure about being petted, so please allow her time to acclimate and respect her comfort levels.

Ducky loves chew toys and has shown interest in enrichment items, too! She is blossoming into the sweetest lil' girl and we love seeing new personality traits shine through as she becomes more comfortable.

The home environment that would make Ducky happiest would be one where everyone is a teenager or older and where she can be the only dog. We're still monitoring her around kitty friends!

The last thing Ducky wanted us to let you know is that she is waiting every so patiently for you. We hope you come meet her. She is precious.
