Meet sweet Duchess! She is a wonderful dog, completely trained. Duchess is 8 years old, overweight at 64.5lbs and currently on a diet(she has already lost 5 lbs ;-) to reach her previous weight of 55 before her owner took ill. Unfortunately, her owner has passed away, so now Duchess is looking for a new forever home. Her owner had her since she was a puppy and Duchess was very LOVED! Duchess is spayed and current with vaccinations. She knows all of her commands; is house trained and does not need a crate. Duchess walks fantastic on lead and really enjoys her walks, she rides well in the car too. Duchess is good with kids, dogs, cats and all people she meets. Duchess loves people! She is good with dogs, but prefers to hang out with humans. She had a flea allergy, but after a visit at the Avon Lake Animal Clinic, she was treated with antibiotics and medicated baths. Now she is on monthly preventatives. She is healthy and ready for a wonderful new home!
