Drew's Story

Drew was pulled from the Duplin County shelter on her last day is now enjoying life to the hilt! She loves being outside and basking in the sun. Every day brings new joy to her! She is about 18 months old, 48 pounds, spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. The dog scanner lists her as a pit bull mix but whatever her blend, she is a very sweet dog who loves to cuddle and crawl in your lap. She also loves to run and play with other dogs. She is affectionate with humans and thrives on attention. She is learning commands and has already mastered the stairs. Best of all, she is also housebroken and crate trained. To ensure the best fit for both the dog and the adopter, we require a completed adoption application, three personal references (including your current veterinarian), and a home visit, either virtual or in person.
