Drake came from the kind of story Detroit sees over and over again. <br/>Found outside in below-freezing temperatures by a concerned Detroit citizen...skinny, filthy, and trying to survive another night. <br/>When Drake came to us, he was 33 pounds UNDERweight. <br/><br/>And somehow, through all of it, he still decided people were worth trusting.
