Dove Labrador Retriever Mix Yonkers, NY

Hi Everyone! My name is Dove!! I am a 30 pound, 8mo Lab mix. I love cuddles, chewing on bones, and running around with my dog friends and kiddos!

My foster mom found me roaming around Houston after being with a family who microchipped and spayed me. She doesn’t quite know where they went but they did not come pick me up at the shelter, so now I am looking for my forever home.

When I was found I had half my body exposed from flea dermatitis. After being in the shelter and foster care for 2 weeks, I already look like a new dog with my hair growing back and gaining some needed weight.

I am already potty trained, working on crate training, and learning what playing with dogs means (instead of being scared of them). Although I’m a puppy, I really have the demeanor and energy level of an adult dog. I like to run around at the dog park and with my foster sister but after my play time, I go straight to napping.

I would be a great apartment dog with my size, would love a furry playmate, have a family who is willing to take me on walks and give me lots of scratches.
