Hi there! My name is Dory, and I’m a 6-month-old girl ready to bounce right into your world! <br/><br/>I came to Faithful Friends after being pulled from Forsyth County Animal Shelter. I had been adopted once before, but unfortunately, I was returned because I was chewing things and having accidents in the house. The staff at the sanctuary learned this and knew they could find the home for me. Because hey, I’m a puppy! I’m still learning what’s expected of me.<br/><br/>Here at the sanctuary, I’m proving to be one spunky, energetic, and incredibly sweet girl. I LOVE attention from people and am always happy to soak up some affection. I’m treat-motivated, which should make training a little easier, and so far, I haven’t shown much interest in chewing up my toys or bedding, which is a pretty good start!<br/><br/>I also get along well with other dogs and love being playful. I walk nicely on a leash and am curious about car rides, too. <br/><br/>My ideal home would be with an experienced dog owner who understands that the puppy stage can be equal parts rewarding and challenging. I’ll need someone who can keep me on a consistent routine, continue working on potty training, and give me plenty of enrichment and affection.<br/><br/>**Important**<br/><br/>I am up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped. I am scheduled to be spayed September 22nd and can go home once I am recovered. The sanctuary is accepting applications now!<br/><br/>The cost to adopt is $250, and the adoption process begins with an Adoption Application that is located at: www.faithfulfriendsnc.org/adopt<br/><br/>Once your completed application has been reviewed the humans will contact you with questions and/or set an appointment for you to meet me.
