REQUIREMENTS: live in the Rochester NY area (within 1/2 drive) and have a physically fenced in yard for pup to safely run and play in.
Dora, born 6/02/19 and weighs in around 50 lbs. She was taken to a shelter with her babies and was an awesome Mommy but she is an even better girl as a companion! Dora is housebroken and LOVES charging through the dog door to play and just be playful. She is still young (estimated at a little over a year old) so she loves playing with the other dogs and noisy toys. She normally ignores our cats, though occasionally wants to play, so "kitties with caution".
When Dora arrived, she had a cut healing on her back foot. 2 vets have examined and determined that it is healing well and is best left alone - it causes her no discomfort, with the occasional exception of playing in the snow (it seems to agitate it briefly).
She will be going to his adoptive home under a foster to adopt contract until her spay is complete. You would be required to get her into our vet clinic once booked for 7:30 am in Rochester and then pick up from rescue to finalize adoption at that time. For this reason we will not adopt to anyone outside our immediate adoption area. If you would like to meet this adorable pup an application must be filled out https://www.cognitoforms.com/New2URescues/AdoptionApplication
