Like many puppies, Dolly didn’t get the best start in life. Her first family kept her kenneled most of the time and underestimated just how much time, patience, and socialization a puppy needs.<br/>A rescue friend stepped in and began working with Dolly on house training and social skills. However, being surrounded by older small dogs who didn’t appreciate her playful puppy energy made it clear she needed a home better suited to her age and enthusiasm. That’s when Prairie Paws Rescue stepped in to help find Dolly the right fit.<br/>Dolly is now thriving in her foster home with dogs her own size and older children. She is actively working on house training and crate training and is learning best when kept on a consistent daily schedule for meals, potty breaks, social time, and bedtime.<br/>This little gal loves people, attention, and companionship. She does experience some separation anxiety, so she would not be a good match for apartment living and will do best in a home where someone is around much of the time and committed to continuing her training and confidence-building.<br/>If you have the time, patience, and heart to help a young pup grow into her very best self, Dolly will reward you with endless affection and loyalty.<br/>Dolly may just be the perfect girl you’ve been waiting for. 💕<br/>All medical work is completed prior to adoption including spay shots worming flea treatment rabies shot kennel cough micro chip grroming and vet exam <br/>The adoption fee is $200 + tax with an approved application. The pre adoption application is available on the website www.prairiepawsrescue.com. <br/>Prairie Paws Rescue does not adopt on a first come basis but who will provide the best home suited to the pets needs
