Dodger's Story
Dodger is a 2.5 year old, 52 male Shepherd/Pinscher mixed breed.

Dodger is located in Oregon and will be available for local adoption only, in the Portland/Springfield area.

Meet Dodger! This mellow, happy boy loves everyone he meets and does great with other dogs at the dog park. He currently lives with several small dogs and he likes to roughhouse a bit too much for their taste, but would do great with a playful dog more his size. He’s social, friendly, and easygoing — the kind of dog who fits right in wherever he goes. Dodger only tends to bark when the other dogs are barking, otherwise he’s a pretty relaxed companion. He knows his basic commands well, including sit and come, and he does especially great at off-leash dog parks where he can run and play. Dodger is an energetic guy, though, so he’ll do best with an active family who can give him at least two good walks a day. Because of his enthusiasm on walks, he uses a special walking harness to help with leash manners. Dodger is fully potty trained and uses the dog door reliably with no accidents inside the house. He’s a sweet, fun-loving dog looking for a home that will give him plenty of exercise, affection, and adventures.

Our organization only adopts within the United States and Canada.

Faith and Hope is an established rescue group based in Texas but delivers to multiple states on the East and West Coast. All dogs and cats are rescued from the state of Texas to be transported to Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Utah, Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, and others, with placement in their adoptive family’s homes. Our $200 adoption donation includes all core vaccinations (DHPP, rabies) spay/neuter, and microchip.

If interested in learning more, please email us at faithandhopeadoptions@gmail.com or fill out our online application.

https://www.faithandhopefoundation.org/adoptionapp

If interested in learning more about our adoptable pets, the adoption process, or our home based foster program, please contact us at the above email.

Due to the number of requests that we receive on our adoptable pets, please be advised that all adoption applications are processed in the order received. Once we send you an application, your place in line is not reserved until your application is returned to us.
