Doc's Story
Say hello to our little friend, Doc (23 lbs)! Doc was a participant in our last transport from shelters in the Southern part of the US, and quickly found his way into so many hearts with his adorable wiggly stub of a tail, and his proclivity for hopping up onto his back legs to investigate things that eluded him normally! He's a big fan of bouncy ball toys that he can chase and bring back lickity-split, too.

Doc's looking for a home where he can experience lots of fun games to fulfill his sharp inquisitive nature, delightful walks with his friends, and more of those wonderful squeaky ball toys! In his previous home, the resident cat found him to be a little too exciting, so going forward, he may be more successful with a more confident kitty at home! He'd also likely thrive with family members who can be courteous and patient with helping him to remember boundaries and rules in the home, and if there's already a resident dog, let's get them set up for a separate meet and greet!
Come by to say hello during our open hours Wed - Sundays, from 12pm to 4:30pm (6:30pm Thursdays)!
You can also reach our adoptions team:
by email: adoptions@spcaonline.com
by phone (during open hours): 607-257-1822 x221
