He has found himself in rescue at this young age, due to being the result of an "oops" litter.<br/><br/>DOBBY is your typical happy energetic puppy, who loves to run and play with the other small dogs in his foster home...so we know he would love a young active canine sibling for company and help teach him "all things dog" ...but he also does enjoy settling down for some lap time snuggles and cuddles and would acclimate to being the only dog soaking up the attention from his loving new owner. <br/><br/>DOBBY needs a stay-at-home new owner, or one who works from home, to keep him on a schedule for his housetraining. DOBBY would benefit from being enrolled in puppy classes...to teach him proper socialization skills and to help him be the best he can be. <br/><br/>DOBBY has had his blood panel checked, been neutered and microchipped, has had his distemper combo with lepto vaccination and booster, had his bordetella vaccination, had his rabies vaccination, had a fecal check, and has received heartworm/flea preventative. <br/><br/>If you think your home is the one for DOBBY, the first step is to contact us by email, not using the Petfinder link as we have had difficulty receiving them, but send an email directly to us at aboutrescuedogs@aol.com and tell us about your family situation and explain why you think your home would be a good match for DOBBY. Also please include your name, address, and phone number in the email. We will also require the name and phone number of your vet clinic as a reference so call them and give permission for them to speak with us when we call. <br/><br/>Please be patient awaiting a response as there are always a lot of responses on each dog...especially puppies. If we have approved an application, we will amend the listing to say "Adoption Pending". Adoption through our rescue is not a first come, first serve situation. We will review the applicants and pick the best fit for each dog. DOBBY will be shown at a meet and greet after approved application completion. His adoption fee of $500 and includes a new collar, leash, harness, toys, crate, food and more! <br/><br/>Thanks for wanting to "Rescue One!"
