Dobby Chihuahua Mix Palatine, IL

Like the loyal, pointy-eared house elf of the Harry Potter series, Dobby the Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher mix is beloved by all who know him.

A small but gallant sidekick, Dobby never leaves his master’s side. He is a great walker because of it, and certainly not a bad cuddler either. This 2 year old also makes sure to do his very best to carry out any command— may it be sit, come, or leave it. He tolerates other dogs and may enjoy the occasional canine chase/play session, but is truly a people dog at heart.

This handsome boy is doing well with house training and does fine when left outside the crate alone, though he does use the crate to sleep overnight. Dobby knows socks and shoes are off-limits for chewing… unless master presents Dobby with a sock, in which case he’s free!

Nobly protective of his master, Dobby will give his very all to make sure those he loves are safe from any outside harm. Until you have proven you can be trusted (or his master says “leave it”), Dobby will send a fierce bark from his 14 pound self to any strangers that may come too near. Once you prove you are a friend, Dobby will happily show his sweet side with a wiggly butt and lots of kisses.

Dutiful, attentive, and lovable, Dobby is the hero of someone’s story. Is that you?
