Dobby's Story

Dobby aka Potato, a spayed female pit mix approximately one year old, is looking for a forever home.
This short, stout dog (she looks big but she's only about 40lbs) has a playful and goofy personality, but also a shy side. Dobby needs time to trust new people, but once she feels comfortable, she becomes a loving and entertaining companion.
She gets along with other dogs (meet and greets always required), but playtime must be supervised to avoid overstimulation. She also has lived with kids and cats (she is interested in the cat, but does not seem to care one way or another).
Dobby is housebroken and crate trained, although she would prefer fewer hours in a crate. If you have a cozy spot on your couch and are willing to provide a loving home to a loyal lap dog, Dobby is the perfect choice.
