Meet Dixie
Dixie is one of a kind! She has been at the shelter since September 2023 and has quickly stolen the hearts of the staff. She loves to be around people and kids of any age and she loves to give kisses. Dixie needs proper introduction to dogs but hasn't shown aggression. She has been around quite a few puppies at the shelter recently and has hardly paid them any mind. Dixie is a little bit older, between 6-8 years old probably, but still has a ton of energy and spirit left. She enjoys car rides, frequent potty breaks, belly scratches and treats. She eats very regularly and has never gone to the bathroom inside. Dixie walks well on a leash and does not pull on the person walking her.
