12/20/25. Meet DIRK! This gorgeous 4-year-old hunk of love finds himself in need of a new home through no fault of his own; his owners couldn’t keep him where they lived. He has a calm and gentle temperament, likes ALL dogs, is crate and house trained, and walks nicely on a leash. He is still waiting on his neuter and some further medical care, but this sweet boy is going to make a loving and loyal companion to the right adopter. No cats or young children.Not every dog is available for adoption or need a foster - some are wards of the rescue (usually due to medical reasons, but sometimes behavioral). These dogs will always be supported by DRL. We welcome financial support for these dogs.
