Dippy was an owner surrender. His owner has health issues that prevented him from keeping Dippy. Dippy has been neutered, vaccinated and has a microchip, he is looking for his new home. Hes a happy boy and rides in the truck like an old man. Since being neutered he has become much more playful and will go to the toy bucket and bring you a ball to throw for him.
