Dino's Story

Dino is a sweet, 4-5 year old, American bulldog mix who is around 55 pounds. He has the most endearing soulful eyes, underbite, spots, and little ears. He’s a little bit shy at first but with any kindness shown to him (or treats!) he quickly makes friends wants all the scratches and snuggles. He likes his walks and strolls but is overall a pretty quiet, low key, chill and gentle guy who has mastered couch potato-ing.

Dino was found as a stray in Houston and landed on the dreaded ‘list’ due to lack of space at a high volume shelter. He was pretty sad and seemed to know he was in trouble. Luckily, he made some friends with the volunteers there and their cute videos, descriptions, and pictures of him got him noticed and landed him a foster home — saving his life.

Dino would like a relatively chill forever home with humans he can finally depend on. He’s not very high maintenance, but it’s obvious life has not always been kind or easy for him, so we feel he deserves to be spoiled for the rest of his days. Please apply/spread the world and help this deserving boy find his family. Dino is being treated for a low grade heartworm infection and is otherwise healthy.

Dino is in foster in Fort Collins , Colorado.

*We require all adopters to come to Colorado to adopt. *We do not transport dogs. *

You can view this wonderful dog at https://www.milehighcanine.org/post/dogs/dino

You can apply for our wonderful dogs at https://www.milehighcanine.org/adopt/adoption-application/.
