At about 2 years old and 15 pounds, he may be small in size, but his heart is enormous -- and he's been waiting far too long for someone to notice just how special he is.<br/><br/>When Dinny first arrived, he was unsure of the world. But months of care, patience, and friendship have transformed him. Today, he greets every person with joy, tail wagging and eyes shining. He has learned to trust deeply, and he now thrives on human companionship. Dinny also enjoys the company of other dogs, happily joining in play and showing his gentle, social side.<br/><br/>Around here, he's affectionately nicknamed "Dennis the Menace" -- not because he's troublesome, but because he's delightfully goofy and loves to play tag in the yard. His energy is pure happiness, the kind that makes you laugh and reminds you how good it feels to be alive.<br/><br/>Dinny is our longest‐term resident, and it breaks our hearts to see him overlooked. His adoption fee is $300, but we are flexible -- what matters most is finding him the loving home he deserves. He's ready to give his whole heart to someone who will finally give him a chance.<br/><br/>Because we don't observe our animals in home settings, we aren't able to guarantee whether he is housebroken.<br/><br/>Upon intake, every animal receives:<br/><br/>Spay/neuter surgery<br/><br/>Microchip<br/><br/>All age‐appropriate vaccinations<br/><br/>Blood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)<br/><br/>Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention<br/><br/>A complimentary wellness exam 7-10 days after adoption<br/><br/>Adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility.<br/><br/>If you'd like to meet Dinny, we'd be honored to introduce you.
