Diego (male)<br/>1 year - Blue Heeler mix (39lbs) - stray<br/><br/>From staff:<br/>Diego is super sweet and a very well behaved dog! He walks well on a leash, gets along great with other dogs. He is very focused when around kitties so I'm not sure that he would do well with cats, but if someone is willing to work with him, he is very very eager to learn. He gets along great with other dogs and is very playful. He does tend to jump when greeting, but when corrected he listens very well. I took him to a Nodaway County Services event and he was amazing! I would say he could go home with children as he's not nippy, he just like to give hugs and kisses so they'd have to teach him not to jump.
