Meet Dexter

Dexter just turned two years old. He is probably a Lab/Cur mix, He was originally adopted by us in 2020. He was returned as having "too much energy and too rough for the young children". Upon doing some research he is the third dog they have had and gotten rid of in the past two years. Obviously it has become a pattern and no intention that pets are for life.

He was a very sweet baby but when returned he is absolutely terrified of everything. He has done a 100% turn around and is now Mr. Happy. He needs a forever home - preferably without small children as we imagine he was in trouble on a regular basis for being a puppy and knocking down the toddler. A single person or a couple would be his idea home.
