Dewey came to our shelter as a stray along with his brother Huey and sister Daisy. We estimate Dewey to be around 8 weeks old, and he is definitely the shy one of the litter. PUPPIES ARE A LOT OF WORK. Yes, they are super cute, but they will also make you miserable if you are not mentally and physically prepared for what it takes to raise one. Dewey is not yet potty trained, he likes to chew things, and he has a lot of learning ahead of him. Additionally, given Dewey's breed (Shepherd mix,) he will require extra time and dedication. DO YOUR RESEARCH. These puppies were dumped by someone because they were irresponsible and in over their head, we expect better for their future.
