Around here he's known as the biggest ham in the yard, and my seven-year-old absolutely adores him — he keeps us laughing daily with his goofy antics and dramatic flair.<br/><br/>DeVito gets along with most of the dogs here, but because he can be a bit bossy and likes to run the show, he will need slow, proper introductions to new dogs. He's not a dog you just open the gate and toss into the pack — he does best with a confident, experienced handler who understands dog behavior and leadership. With the right person, he thrives.<br/><br/>This little tank is very food motivated, which makes him fun to work with and easy to bond with. He does pull on the leash like a tiny army bulldozer, but that just adds to his hilarious charm. Despite his strong personality, he is wonderful with my seven-year-old child and has such a sweet, affectionate side.<br/><br/>Because he's a Frenchie, DeVito should not be left outside in hot weather for long periods, as the breed can have breathing sensitivities. He also does best on food without chicken, as he has a chicken meal allergy.<br/><br/>DeVito is estimated to be 8 years old, and he is:<br/>• Neutered<br/>• Heartworm negative<br/>• Up-to-date on vaccines<br/>• On heartworm prevention<br/><br/>If you're looking for a big personality in a compact, hilarious little body, DeVito just might be your guy.
