Meet Destinie
This pretty little momma is Destinie. She is just over a year old and came to us with a liter of newborn puppies in tow. Momma and babies are doing very well. She is still pretty protective over her puppies but other than that is doing great.
We were told she is a Lab Mix but we believe she may have some Terrier in her because she does have some sections of her coat that look Terrier. She isn't very big at about 35 lbs.
We were told that prior to having puppies she was good with other dogs - since she is still nursing we haven't yet attempted her with another dog here at the shelter.
She certainly appears to be housebroken.
She should be ready for her very own home the first week of January 2021. Her adoption fee will be $250.00. She will be spayed, current on shots, wormed, heartworm negative and micro-chipped.
An application to adopt is mandatory and must be tentatively approved to even visit the shelter. To fill that out go to OUR website at www.patriotsforpets.com and you will find the application under the Adoption tab..
