Meet Desi
Hi my name is Desi.
I am a sweet playful three-year-old terrier mix. I weigh 40 lbs. I love to go outside and roll in the grass and do Zoomies. I love to play fetch with my tennis ball. I can catch it in the air and bring it back to your hand. I even like to play hide n seek with it. I would make a great dog for any family, a senior, or with additional training I would do really well as a service dog. I'm learning every day, I know how to sit, stay, leave it, find it & come. In my current foster home I have hank a 12-year-old senior pit mix who I get along with very well, and it gives me confidence on how to be a good dog. But lately meet n greets with other dogs or cats have not gone so well. With the right training I'll relax and do really well but I just get too excited. When my foster parent leaves I do well in my kennel, but I get a little anxiety and bark while she's gone.
I had a litter of babies back in May and they all got adopted out and now it's my turn.
