What is he? Excellent question. We have no idea. What we do know is that he is low to the ground, high on charm, and very excited to make new friends.<br/><br/>Derek came to WARL as a stray, so his past is a mystery, but he has been affectionate, outgoing, and happy to meet just about everyone. He has also enjoyed meeting other dogs at the shelter, although his social skills could occasionally use a little polishing.
