Deputy Do Right

Heres an update on Deputy Do Right from his wonderful foster family! <br/><br/>Deputy Do Right is still too camera-curious to get a good shot of him. (Its also been too hot to be out for a photoshoot!) This large puppy has been so good at my house and deserves some raves. <br/> Deputy does not pester any of the dogs. He was interested in Scruffy, but once he recognized Scruffy as a real dog, he has been cool. <br/> Deputy and Waylon play beautifully together. <br/> Dep is very light with his mouth; he will only use his lips. <br/> Deputy is visually striking. The one white leg is a real nice touch. <br/> Deputy seems particularly even-tempered to be less than a year old<br/> the Dep is potty-trained. He has mistaken a cooling mat for a pee pad — but hes just learning the ropes so Im not going to count that. <br/> Once he understands a routine he is easy to live with. I have dogs eating all over the house — bedroom, hall, studio, dog room — and Deputy eats on the back porch. It took just a couple days for him to accept this food routine. <br/> Deputy is not a frequent barker<br/> Dep took a couple days to get into the crate routine and now he will lay in his crate with the door open<br/><br/>All in all, Deputy Do Right will be an excellent companion in any do-right home. <br/><br/>P.S.
