He gets a little too excited for treats, but hes gentle by nature and already making great progress. Hes also wonderfully clumsy—the kind of goofy dog who occasionally forgets to slow down and keeps everyone laughing.<br/><br/>Denali absolutely loves playing with other dogs and would thrive with a playful canine companion. He sometimes likes to herd his dog friends with gentle nips to their legs or backs during play, but he takes corrections beautifully and quickly backs off, making him a respectful playmate.<br/><br/>His herding breed instincts dont stop with dogs—he may also try to gently herd his family. Because of this, a home with older children is recommended, and very young children are discouraged.<br/><br/>Denalis ideal home is an active family who will include him on hikes, walks, camping trips, and all of lifes adventures. The adoption fee $585 which includes age appropriate shots, neuter , and a microchip.<br/><br/>THE NEEDS OF YOUNG DOGS FOR EXERCISE AND COMPANIONSHIP CAN GENERALLY NOT BE FILLED WHEN FAMILIES ARE GONE A LARGE PART OF THE DAY. APPLICATIONS WHERE YOUNG DOGS ARE LEFT LONG HOURS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED .<br/><br/>GHR ONLY ADOPTS TO ADULTS OVER THE AGE OF 25 AND PUPPIES TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE TIME FOR THEM. WE DO NOT ADOPT TO FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 5.<br/><br/>PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THESE PUPS ARE RESCUES, THEIR BREED MIX AND BIRTH DATES ARE UNKNOWN BUT WITH THE HELP OF OUR VET WE MAKE THE BEST EDUCATED GUESS. MOST OF THE PUPS ARE IN FOSTER CARE DOWN SOUTH WITH A RESCUE GROUP THAT WE HELP.<br/><br/>It doesn't matter where the pups are from; it only matters where they live the rest of their lives.
