Sweet Demi had a lot of work done yesterday and this is her straight out of recovery! She got a spay, the most massive stone removed any of the vets had ever seen they kept in a jar for show and tell! And she had double double dew claws like a dang Pyrenees! So we removed them also. Yet today shes up and doing her business like a champ. Demi now has a foster home so she will be ready for adoption in 2 weeks so we can reculture her urine and remove sutures. Demi is a 2 yrs old shihtzu and 9lbs of pure joy and love. Bestest dog ever! Loves everyone. Would be ok as an only dog because she does love the attention but cohabitated here with other dogs fine. Gets very attached to her people. Crate and leash trained. Of course not housebroken yet due to that massive stone blockage.
