Delilah's Story
Delilah is a under a year-old girl who came to us from a PA shelter after Animal Control confiscated dogs from an Amish farm for neglect. She was living with multiple dogs on the farm and absolutely loves other dogs. She will benefit from going home to another male dog who she can play with and help her learn indoor life. She is crate trained and learning to walk on a leash in her foster home. As a puppy she had little socialization, so loud fast movements startle her, but she is super smart and comes around quickly. She is learning quickly how to live in a home. She loves her toys and belly rubs. Her play style is a typical puppy who loves to goof around. She would do best with a young male dog who enjoys her playstyle. Could you be that special someone?

***********************************
If you are interested in ADOPTING or FOSTERING, please complete an application by cutting & pasting the following link:
https://form.jotform.com/60794585351161

Or visit CHAAMP.org to access the Adoption/Foster link and learn about the process. https://www.chaamp.org/adoption-process

Your application tells us about your lifestyle and helps us find a potential match for you and your family. We are happy to work with you. For example, if you don't have a fence, we can help find alternatives and/or a dog that will do well without a fence.

A home visit is required prior to adoption/fostering. You can visit the malamute(s) once you've completed the process. Alternatively, you may volunteer and learn how rewards-based training brings out the best in malamutes.
*********************************
CHAAMP accepts applications from Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington DC.

ADOPTION FEES
~Senior dogs (8+ years old): $100.00
~Adult dogs (2 years up to 8): $300.00
~Puppies (6 months - 2 years): $350.00
~Puppies under 6 months: $375

All Malamutes are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up-to-date on vaccines. Puppy fees are higher due to more vet visits and vaccines.
