Dejay is around 1 year old and very much still a big puppy at heart. <br/><br/>This happy pit bull terrier mix is full of energy, love, and nonstop tail wags. He came to us as a stray, and sadly no one ever came looking for him -- but he hasn't let that dim his sweet personality one bit.<br/><br/>Dejay absolutely loves people and approaches everyone willingly in hopes of making a new friend. He's incredibly cuddly, enjoys affection all over, and is happiest when he's getting attention or playtime. He's also very food and treat motivated, which will make training a fun bonding experience for him and his future family.<br/><br/>Like many young dogs, Dejay could benefit from continued training, structure, and plenty of enrichment to help him thrive. He would do best with an active home ready to give him the exercise, play, and guidance he needs. He's been playful around other dogs while in our care and may enjoy a canine companion pending a meet-and-greet.<br/><br/>Dejay is looking for a dog-savvy home that understands young, energetic dogs and is ready to help him grow into the amazing companion we know he can be.
