Meet Dean
Hey there! I'm Dean. I'm a shy boy at first, but don't let that fool you - I'm THE most loyal and loving boy once you are my person! The volunteers have really been helping me feel brave, and I'm getting much better at walking on a leash. I learned sit, paw, and I enjoy going on nature hikes and riding in the car (I just need a boost to get in, then I ride nicely). I turn into quite the love bug and will hop into your lap for kisses and cuddles. I have spent time in a foster home where it was discovered I'm dog and cat friendly, and I'm mostly housebroken (it just takes me a few days to learn the routine)! I'm working on crate training (I like to look for snacks when I'm left alone), and I still do best meeting new people with a slow introduction, but I've already come such a long way and can't wait to find my person! I would love if that person could be you, so please ask to meet me!
