Meet (deaf) Lady

Surrendered to Rescue on 9/28/12 from rural Fort Worth, Texas area after death of previous owner (who had rescued her from a shelter as a young pup). What a sweet and beautiful little girl, although needs a special home becase she was born deaf. Already spayed, and now current on shots and monthly flea/ heartworm preventative. Seems to adjust to new surroundings well, but has been known to chase outdoor cats in the past. Not a barker. Does well in secure fencing and handles gently on a leash, but very agile to escape quickly if allowed. Crate-trained. Still needs to be heartworm tested before adoption.
