Dash-Courtesy Posting!'s Story

COURTESY POSTING!
Dash is 1.5 year old miniature poodle. He loves people, dogs, cats and children. I have had dogs my whole life and will say without hesitation that Dash is the happiest, most affectionate, smart, and enthusiastic dog I have ever had. This is amazing considering he was found as a stray in Texas. I was told that no one knew how long he was stray, however, this little guy is house savvy. He is house trained and he understands most commands like stay, down, and come. Dash can smile! Sometimes when you are playing with him, he will flash his front teeth. It does not happen often but when it does, your heart will melt. Sadly, Dash experiences separation anxiety. I live in an apartment and work. My neighbors have been looking after him when I am not home. Dash enjoys playing with their dog and ignores their cat.
Dash would do very well in a home with someone who is around most of the day, has another playful dog, and a backyard that is safe for him to play in. I have had Dash for about a month and he has touched the hearts of so many friends and family already. We will all miss him but he needs a home where he will get lots of attention so he can thrive, learn, and flash that beautiful smile around. He is a joy to be with!
If interested in Dash, please complete an online application on our website and we will forward it to Dash's owner for consideration.
