<p class="isSelectedEnd">Meet Dallas!</p><br/><br/><p class="isSelectedEnd">What a story this sweet girl has.</p><br/><br/><p class="isSelectedEnd">Dallas's owner, who loved her so very much, sadly passed away earlier this year. That left Dallas in the care of a kind person, but while they were away on a short trip, their partner made the decision to give Dallas away. From there, the story gets very complicatedbut somehow, this sweet girl found herself showing up at the home of one of our foster families.</p><br/><br/><p class="isSelectedEnd">We can't help but think she had a little guidance from above getting her safely to us.</p><br/><br/><p class="isSelectedEnd">It took us a couple of days to piece everything together and get our questions answered, but the most important part of the story is this: Dallas is safe, loved, and being very well cared for. We hope somewhere, somehow, the owner who adored her knows that too.</p><br/><br/><p class="isSelectedEnd">Dallas is a beautiful Husky mix, approximately 7 years old and about 40 poundsa petite girl for a Husky mix! She is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, heartworm tested, and current on heartworm and flea prevention.</p><br/><br/><p class="isSelectedEnd">And her personality? She is wonderful! Dallas has already been around dogs, cats, and small children and has done great with everyone. She walks beautifully on a leash, rides well in the car, and previously attended doggie daycare, where we're told she was a class favorite!</p><br/><br/><p class="isSelectedEnd">She kennels nicely for meals and bedtime with no issues. She absolutely LOVES her soft toys and is more than happy to carry them around. And in the interest of full disclosure, Dallas is also an accomplished counter surfer when given the opportunity.
