He loves all people and gets extremely excited anytime someone enters a room. He is loving and playful, and will be a loyal companion. He loves his treats and chew sticks, and lots of toys! He is a very good boy. He is crate trained and understands using the potty outside. For his young age, he is doing so well! Just a young man who needs some minor training, but he is a small dude who loves hard and will be a great addition to anyone's life. He is adaptable and easy, and rarely barks. He would likely be okay in an apartment, but will need access to grass for potty time. He does get scared when there are unexpected loud noises, loud cars passing by, airplanes or unknown or sudden sounds. He is a young dog who will become more brave with a consistent environment and person to call his. <br/><br/>He is being fostered in Richmond, VA and is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, has been dewormed, and is on monthly preventatives. His adoption fee is $375 and covers the cost of age-appropriate core vaccinations, microchip, and required neuter when age-appropriate. We require that all adopters, regardless of the dog’s age, are committed to ongoing training and socialization as part of responsible ownership. We require a completed adoption application to move forward with adoption.<br/><br/>Beagles and Bentleys has an across-the-board evaluative process that we apply to every application we review that prioritizes our animals in need. We conduct a vet reference check (all resident dogs must be altered/up to date on dhpp/rabies and monthly preventatives, and cats must be altered and up to date on rabies) and a virtual home visit call where we discuss the adoption process and see your home.
