Dakota's Story
Dakota days are all about sunshine naps, slow strolls, and soaking in the peaceful moments that make life feel just right. I’m a calm, easygoing guy who appreciates a quiet life and a gentle pace. New people might make me a little unsure at first, but I warm up quickly with a bit of patience and kindness. Give me a moment, a comfy spot in the sun, and I’ll happily settle in as your loyal sidekick.

My ideal day looks like this. Being outside, soaking up sunshine, watching the world go by, and enjoying a low stress routine. Possibly a nap or two.

I’m polite with other dogs and don’t mind having dog friends, especially ones who respect my space. If I find the right match, I might even show you my playful side, but I’m not into pushy play or constant energy. Think more “chill hangout” than “nonstop party.” I’d do best with kids over the age of 6 who understand that sometimes a gentleman needs a little space. As for cats, my history is a mystery, so a no cat home would be best for now.

Come meet me and see if your life could use a little more Dakota!

I weigh 91 pounds and My adoption fee is $240 and includes registration of my microchip, a sample of my food, new leash/collar and toy & treat packet. I am neutered and vaccinated.
