Daisy Mae's Story

Hi there, I’m a scruffy little blonde Border Terrier mix named Daisy Mae. I am about 2 years old, weigh 18 lbs, and I was picked up with my two little Puppies (Kit & Stella) by a high-kill animal shelter in Hondo, Texas. Thankfully, 4 Little Paws Rescue saved our lives and placed us in a foster home so we could all find forever families. I am now spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and ready to find my future!

I am a very sweet girl, just shy at first, so when my foster mom met me, she sat on the floor to seem less scary, and I came right over to meet her. I love human attention and affection, pets, and sharing kisses. I’m great with other dogs, love to play and wrestle, and I respect other dogs' boundaries. I have a medium energy level, am well-behaved, housebroken, and learned to use a doggy door in just one day from watching the resident dogs. My foster mom says I’m a lovely girl with a mild-mannered disposition, deserve some spoiling, love snuggling beside you in bed, and could easily get used to being a lapdog. A calmer home would be ideal for me, and I am looking forward to being an East Coast gal! Inquire about me today.

LOOKING FOR AN APPLICATION?
