I am 2 years old and weigh 23 pounds. I need a new home because my parents divorced and no one could take me. I am being fostered in Omaha, NE..<br/><br/>I am full of sass, sweetness, and SO much personality! I have the most ridiculous tongue that absolutely does NOT fit in my mouth, but I am even cuter because of it.<br/><br/>I am sassy and playful when it’s time to have fun, but I know how to settle down when the room calls for it. I love my people and want nothing more than to be close to them — preferably snuggled directly against them, or under the blankets in your bed. <br/><br/>I am still working on potty training, so my new forever family will need to be patient and consistent while I get the hang of things. I do well in a kennel for a reasonable amount of time, but would prefer not to spend my days kenneled. I am a companion dog and really want to be part of the family.<br/><br/>I would love a dog sibling who is interested in playing with me, but I also have an excellent off-switch and can chill when it’s time to chill.<br/><br/>I am looking for a forever home where I can be loved, snuggled, included, and allowed to sleep in the bed — because I have already decided that is a non-negotiable part of my adoption contract. Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption.<br/><br/>MABTR requires a fenced in area from families who own their home, however we DO adopt to apartment complexes and communities where fences are not permitted due to leases and covenants. In these cases a leash law must be enforced. We do not accept invisible fencing.<br/><br/>MABTR only adopts to families residing in NE, CO, MO, KS, IA, WY, SD, ND, ID, UT, MT, MN, and NW AR due to the lack of volunteer support in other states, no exception even if you are willing to drive.<br/><br/>If you are Interested in Adoption please complete our online adoption application at 'https://www.adoptaboston.com/adoption-application<br/><br/>Petfinder's form is NOT our application.
