Daisy's Story

Meet Daisy, a sweet and playful girl who is ready to bring some sunshine into your life! With her gentle and loving nature, she is sure to win your heart. She is timid at first as she learns about new sounds and people. She does begin to feel safe with new people after a little time. Once she feels safe, Daisy is a cuddler. She is currently involved with training to build her confidence, and she already knows her basic commands. She loves her walks, and she is potty trained. Daisy also loves her baths and enjoys chilling out the on the couch with us. She is crate trained and does like to go in her crate to relax on her own during the day. Daisy stays in her crate to sleep through the night. At the moment, she is unsure of loud noises, but the training she receives is working on it. She will be happiest in a home where she is the only dog. Daisy is approximately 2 1/2 years old, weighs 50 pounds, and just may be the adult dog you've been looking for!

Daisy is friendly, happy, and energetic, with a gentle soul that will capture your heart. She is spayed and crate-trained, making her ready to join your family and become your loyal companion.

If you are interested in learning more, please email: kjargaard@aol.com

*** Please note: We do not always know the exact breed or full-grown adult size of our rescues and create their listings with the information we have.**
Visit us at www.arf-aruba.com to learn more about our organization, see some heart-warming adoption stories, or learn how you can help. ARF-Aruba Inc.'s Adoption Policy
If you’d like to adopt a dog or cat from Aruba, it is not difficult. Many tourists befriend a dog or cat on the beach and would like to provide a loving home for the animal. ARF-Aruba can help make this process an easy one. Other animal loving tourists who would like to provide a home to a puppy or kitten are encouraged to contact us as well. There are always pups and kittens available for adoption in Aruba. While on the Island, visitors can contact ARF-Aruba for information or assistance. The dog or cat will need to be evaluated by an Aruba veterinarian to make sure the animal is healthy enough to travel. If it is healthy, it will be given the appropriate vaccinations and the veterinarian will then provide a health certificate to allow the animal to be transported to another country. There is no rabies on the Island of Aruba so there is no quarantine period when taking

Daisy is from ARF-Aruba Inc.
