Daisy's Story

Meet Daisy!

Daisy is a 7-month-old Australian Shepherd with a big personality, an even bigger heart, and enough energy to keep up with all of your adventures. This smart girl already knows sit and down and is eager to continue learning new things.

Daisy absolutely loves other dogs and enjoys making new canine friends wherever she goes. Shes also good with cats, though shes still learning that chasing and herding them isnt always appreciated when they decide to run. Like many young Aussies, she has strong herding instincts and will thrive with continued training and plenty of mental and physical exercise.

When shes not busy exploring the world, Daisy is all about cuddles and loves spending time with her people. Shes discovering the joy of dog toys and becoming more playful every day. She has decent recall and is making great progress with her potty training.

Daisy sleeps quietly in her kennel at night, but she does experience some separation anxiety when left alone in her crate and will need a family willing to help her continue building confidence and independence.

If youre looking for a fun, affectionate, active companion who is ready to learn and grow alongside you, Daisy might just be your perfect match!

Submit an application at Hdrescueoregon.com. $400 adoption fee.
